Hi, I am Sheetal . I always thought I was not meant for sports . Although Swimming always fascinated me, so I started going to swimming classes. Even after few weeks I used to stops thrice to swim 25mts and still be proud of myself. By fortune Fran started giving me classes and in only three consecutive classes he made me swim 100mts without a break . I was blessed with him as my professor and now I can swim 2000mts in an hour . I never had open water swimming experience. He always goes out of his ways to help his students. He accompanied me to ocean a couple of times just to make me comfortable and confident. Later my friends ( batch mates) also helped me a lot to gain more experience and confidence .

And as promised , this year he took me to my first open water swimming competition. We did it together, he was swimming beside me all the time, it was his presence which gave me a great sense of Confidence , Comfort , Security and Ease. This was the day I had been waiting for more than a year and could never imagine that everything would go so smoothly.

The only thing I had to do was – TRUST HIM AND HE DID THE REST . I believed in him and he made wonders work for me. No words can express the influence he has on me. I owe it all to him. I thank Fran for all the patience he had and will need to have in dealing with me because I won’t stop annoying him.
Example is better than precept, he lives up to it and really is a TRUE IDOL. Even after his accident he did not give up and finished his Fuerteventura’s competition. Hats off to his determination, my respect for him multiplied n times. For me he is a person with a very strong, positive mind and a beautiful soul. With all the positives about him there is serious negative thing to be kept in mind before going to him. His positivity is highly contagious, YOU WILL GET ADDICTED TO HIM. P.S. Fran I would love to learn how to maintain the balance , during the class I dare not disobey you but just after it you are a very dear friend.
